Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Try it risk-free: if you realize it’s not for you, send it back at no cost.
Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU)
You have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person indicated by you, receive the goods, without giving any reason. This statutory right is in addition to our 30 Day Satisfaction Policy below and is not affected by it.
30 Day Satisfaction Policy
Beyond the legal 14 day withdrawal period, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund. There are no fees and we cover return shipping.
Return shipping costs (all returns are free)
• Defective, damaged, not as described, or missing parts: we provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping.
• Change of mind: we also provide a prepaid return label, with no handling fees and no restocking fees.
Conditions for return
• Items should be in the same condition received: undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@screenie.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with your prepaid label and step by step instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@screenie.shop with photos or video. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
